Reception Trip to Imagine That 

Reception children from Burtonwood Community Primary School enjoyed a lovely day out at Imagine That in Liverpool. The trip offered plenty of opportunities for hands-on learning, creative activities and exploration.

The children took part in a science workshop where they made slime and snow, learning how materials can change when mixed together. The workshop also included a rapping elf who made smoke bubbles. The children created their own magnet decorations to take home, showing great creativity and concentration.

Throughout the visit, pupils explored a range of themed areas including the construction zone, the vet practice and the supermarket. These spaces encouraged role play and helped the children think about real-world environments in a fun and practical way.

It was a fun day full of learning and enjoyment.
