Year 6 Guitar Lessons – Progress Update

Since September, Year 6 have continued to make fantastic progress in their weekly guitar sessions with Laurie. Each lesson is filled with energy, focus, and plenty of music as the children develop their playing skills.

The pupils have grown in confidence and independence, learning to follow rhythms, play a wider range of chords, and perform together. Their teamwork and support for one another have been excellent.

It’s been wonderful to see how much their skills have improved over the term. Their enthusiasm, perseverance, and dedication reflect the school’s High Performance Learning values, and it’s clear that all their hard work is paying off.

A big thank you to Laurie, our guitar teacher, who always makes the lessons fun, engaging, and inspiring.
