Year 5 Keyboard Assembly 2026

Year 5 were delighted to welcome parents, grandparents and carers into school for their annual keyboard assembly. The performance was a wonderful opportunity for the children to share everything they have learned this year under the guidance of our talented music teacher, Sue.

The pupils performed a variety of pieces with growing confidence, concentration and enthusiasm, demonstrating the progress they have made throughout the year. A particular highlight was the well-known tune 'Tequila', where the audience joined in, creating a memorable atmosphere.

Sue, who has been teaching music at Burtonwood for many years, praised the children for their dedication and the excellent progress they have made. It was a fantastic celebration of their hard work and a chance for families to see the skills the children have developed.

A huge thank you to Sue for her continued commitment, encouragement and enthusiasm. Well done to all of our Year 5 pupils on such an enjoyable performance!
