Burtonwood Pupils Bring Christmas Cheer to St. Michael's Church

The festive season is in full swing at Burtonwood Community Primary School as pupils delighted the community with their annual Christmas visit to St. Michael's All Angels Church in the heart of the village.

Key Stage 1 pupils and the choir, visited the church first, singing classic Christmas hymns and a lively twist on Hark the Herald, inspired by the popular 'Busted' rendition. Adding to the service, selected students stepped forward to share thoughtful readings.

Not to be outdone, Key Stage 2 students followed, showcasing their own inspiring hymns and readings.  Family members, including parents, grandparents, and carers, filled the church to support the children and enjoy the festive celebration.

The event not only brought the school and community together but also served as a beautiful reminder of the joy that the Christmas season brings.
