Big Schools' Birdwatch 2025

We are thrilled to invite pupils to join us in the RSPB Big Schools' Birdwatch 2025!

Running from 7th January to 24th February 2025, this exciting event encourages pupils to observe and record the different bird species that visit our school grounds.

It’s a great way for children to connect with nature, learn about wildlife, and contribute to an important conservation effort. The data collected will help the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) track bird populations and protect their natural habitats.

We hope you’ll support your child in taking part in this fun and educational experience.

Forms are available from Miss O'Shaughnessy and can also be found on the Eco Council Notice Board.

Year 6 have already made a fantastic start during their Forest School sessions, enthusiastically exploring and identifying various birds around the school grounds.

We look forward to seeing the discoveries they make and the contributions they add to this great project.
