Year 3 Science - Investigating Shadows
Year 3 Explore Shadows
Year 3 have been busy investigating shadows in Science. They wanted to find out how the distance of a light source affects the size of a shadow.
Using the HPL value of collaboration, they worked in teams to plan a fair test and carry out the investigation carefully.
They discovered that the closer the light is to the object, the bigger the shadow becomes. Year 3 used rulers to measure the shadows and recorded their results accurately.
Well done, super scientists!
