Year 2 PE

During their PE orienteering lesson, Year 2 pupils demonstrated excellent strategy, planning, and collaboration skills. They were challenged to organise themselves in different sequences, including alphabetical order, height order (shortest to tallest), and by month of birth.

To begin, each team stood along a line where every member had to keep at least one foot on it at all times, requiring careful coordination to move around one another. They then progressed to completing the same tasks on a bench, increasing the difficulty by requiring everyone to stay on the bench without stepping off.

For their final challenge, teams had to organise themselves without using any verbal communication, encouraging creative problem-solving and non-verbal collaboration.

All teams worked exceptionally well together and successfully completed each task, showcasing great teamwork and perseverance.
