Year 4 Guitar Performance

This morning, our talented Year 4 pupils took to the stage to showcase their developing guitar skills in a fantastic assembly, warmly received by parents, grandparents, and carers.

Over the past several weeks, the children have been enjoying weekly guitar lessons with Laurie, whose lively and engaging teaching style has helped them build both confidence and enthusiasm. With just around 7 hours of total lesson time, the pupils impressed everyone with their ability to play a range of well-known songs.

The performance gave the children a chance to demonstrate how far they’ve come—and for several of them, this included performing impressive solos in front of the audience, which took real courage and skill.

Laurie shared how proud he was of the group’s achievements.
