Year 5 Create Mini Creations from Everyday Items

Year 5 have been putting their creativity to the test by designing and building mini creations using everyday objects. With items such as pens, rubbers, rulers, water bottles, and even Pritt sticks, the children transformed ordinary materials into imaginative little works of art.

Working collaboratively, pupils shared ideas, problem-solved together, and supported one another throughout the process. The activity encouraged creativity, teamwork, and practical thinking, as they experimented with balance, structure, and composition to make their creations stand out.

The children had a lot of fun while exploring their artistic side. This project was a fantastic example of High Performance Learning values in action, with creativity and collaboration.

Well done, Year 5 – your everyday items have come to life!
