Year 4 - Hedgehog Homes
Year 4 demonstrated their commitment to the HPL skills of “Concerned for Society” and “Originality” by creating hedgehog houses using natural resources.
This activity not only showcased their creativity and innovative thinking but also their empathy and responsibility towards local wildlife. By using materials found in the forest, the children ensured that their hedgehog houses blended seamlessly into the environment, providing safe and sustainable shelters for the hedgehogs.
This hands-on project highlighted the importance of caring for our ecosystem while encouraging students to think creatively and act responsibly.
